"The staff were kind, polite and helpful. The rooms and common areas were dirty. Clearly understaffed and doing their very best.
Right off the elevator hit a wall of sewer smell that permeated the hallway. Set the tone for a dirty shower in the bathroom, a carpet that looked recently replaced but quickly vacuumed. Mold growing on the picture frames.
The issue is clearly not enough help and those who are working are doing their very best."
