"What a wonderful little local hotel. The location is amazing for Venice. Just a 3 min walk from Accademia water bus stop. At the end of the block is the dock for day trips to Murano as well. Venice is surrounded by smaller canals so unless you take a water taxi for $50 from the airport, you’re gonna have to drag your suitcase up and down bridges or get a luggage delivery service. That’s why this hotel is at a great location. It can be a bit noisy around opening or closing time for the museum...

"I was rather concerned about the practice that the access code for the lock is sent out only at 3pm on the arrival day; for travelers without cellular service in Italy that is a worry, but we had wifi on the train, so everything worked out well. We came with the vaporetto, five minutes walking from the station: no problem. The apartment looks better from inside than outside; indeed it is a very nice and modern apartment, just what we needed for our three children. Everything in Venice is...

"Great location - walkable to all attractions. Friendly staff. The room was clean, with a private bathroom. It's a basic hotel and room. No elevator. There were a few items in the room with loose screws (chair seat, toilet seat, shower pole), which can be dangerous - my finger got caught under the chair seat. Suggest to make these simple fixes."
