Great location in the centre of Venice, walkable everywhere, but on the less busy more local side of the grand canal, still surrounded by excellent range of restaurants and bars (traditional and modern). Hotel room was clean, had good shower, comfy bed and Wi-Fi. Breakfast was enough to get you going. Great value for money.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It is about a 3 - 4 minute walk from the water taxi stop which really helped as we needed to walk the luggage to the hotel. Located on a quiet street and near a number of restaurants. There is no elevator and you will need to carry your luggage upstairs also the bathroom was quite crowded. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety. Front staff provided us with the water taxi app which came in handy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Great location in Venice. 10 min walk from the bus terminal and easily walked to all landmarks to visit. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend!

We stayed 4 nights at Tivoli and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's within easy reach of San Tomá vaporetto, which takes you to most places. Everything essential such as restaurants, sights and gondolas, is within walking distance. The hotel is traditional, clean and friendly. Breakfast includes cereal, toast, jam, cheese & ham as well as home-made pastries. Ideal for young couples and/or families.

I liked the courtyard breakfast area. The hotel was close to the water bus line and to all sites that I was interested in visiting. The room was small but comfortable and since we were really only in the room to sleep, that was fine. The fridge did not seem to work.
