The bedroom centres on a proper king-size bed, with room-darkening blinds for a deep night's sleep and a dedicated desk by the window for the times you need to get something done. - Sleeping & Living: One bedroom with a king-size bed. Fresh bed linen is provided. A Smart TV in the living area is ready for your favourite streaming services. The private balcony is a natural extension of the living space — morning coffee or evening wind-down. Room-darkening blinds ensure restful sleep.



- Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen for self-catering at your own pace — from quick breakfasts to proper dinners. Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, capsule machine, kettle, and toaster are all available. We provide an initial supply of coffee capsules for the capsule machine. Tea is provided. Salt, pepper, sugar, and milk are provided to get you started. Dish soap, kitchen rolls, and dishwasher tabs are included.

Free public on-street parking is available directly in the surrounding streets. The Kreuzviertel is a popular area — allow a few extra minutes to find a spot when you arrive.



# Public Transport



U-Bahn Kreuzstraße (U42 / U46, approx. 10 min walk) — direct connections to Dortmund Hauptbahnhof and the city centre. S-Bahn Möllerbrücke is about 7–8 minutes on foot, a quieter route into the wider Ruhr region.

Tip: Download the VRR app to buy single tickets or day passes directly on your phone — no need for cash at the machine.

The A40 motorway is roughly 3 km away, connecting you across the Ruhr area. Dortmund Airport (DTM) is about 15–20 minutes by car.

Pets are not permitted.



Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking on the private balcony is permitted.



We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of neighbours and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM onwards.



For direct bookings, a refundable security deposit may be required. If applicable, the details will be confirmed before arrival.



A local accommodation tax (Beherbergungsabgabe) of 7.5% applies to overnight stays in the City of Dortmund and will be taken into account for your booking.
