"I don’t often give 5-star ratings, but this hotel truly deserves it. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Miss Faryar—an absolute gem. She was incredibly helpful and professional, made our check-in smooth and easy, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel itself was stunning, and the service remained excellent throughout our stay. We stayed in a duplex room with beautiful views of both the pool and the sea. The food options were plentiful, the pool was crystal clear, and the staff across the entire hotel were exceptionally friendly—always eager to help with anything we needed. "Very clean and professional staff that’s always smiling and very helpful. If you’re worried about the language barrier the staff speaks fluently English. The private beach entrance is good and the Mediterranean Sea so beautiful and clean. It’s about a 2-3 mile walk to the old town section Antalya but it’s okay because the location of this hotel is very quiet. The gym and outdoor pool is very clean and nice."

"I stayed at the Grand Plaza and was genuinely impressed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an elegant interior and a wide range of facilities—including even a hairdresser on-site. Everything inside the hotel was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The highlight for me was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly and truly made my stay enjoyable. One standout moment was when I returned my hire car and a concierge kindly collected it for me at the car park, which I thought was a lovely touch. The only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, was the noise from a nearby bar. Loud music played until around 1 a.m., which could be a disturbance for light sleepers. Perhaps some additional soundproofing could help in the future. That said, if you can tolerate a bit of nighttime noise, this is a fantastic hotel with top-tier service. I’d definitely recommend it, especially thanks to the wonderful team working there."
