"This hotel has as good service from the lovely staff as I have had in any hotel around the world. From moment we arrived. They welcomed us with smiles, coffee/water, had room ready early, arranging food delivery, making us hot chocolate after a night out, and the offer of private complimentary use of hot tub on the roof just a few things that made our stay special. Location was spectacular, breakfast amazing and loved that there were bikes outside to borrow to explore. Breakfast was fresh with huge range. Excellent crispy bacon. 100% recommend the Milano Hotel to anyone.. solo, couple or group."
