The microwave & blow dryer did not work. Ironing board was super rusty & dirty & much of the furniture is old & scratched. However. Bed & shower were clean & the attached bar is very nice & Mo was a great bartender. Would stay again for that convenience :)

If the rooms as nice as the lobby it would be excellent all the way. They were clean, bed was great. Breakfast good, except the coffee could walk it was so strong.

The motel has gone downhill since I stayed there last. Everything is poorly maintained. We had stuff for coffee in the room but no coffee maker. Bugs in the room, we brought our own spray. A hole in the wall in the bathroom. A large rip in the chair in our room. No housekeeping service while we stayed. Front desk was always empty at check in and check out. Lobby bathrooms needed lots of attention. It was almost comical! But the breakfast was good, the girl working that was friendly and on top of keeping hot food out. I did not get a chance to check out the bar, no time, no review there. BUT everything in the room worked, and for $65 a night, it was tolerable. And quiet.

My spouse and I had stated this property approximately 5 years ago. The room is very nice the lady who checked us in the young lady I should say was very sweet and very helpful the only bad thing for us was the bed was hard as a rock otherwise everything was fine and we will be back

This was the worst property we have ever stayed at!! Drug dealing, prostitution, totally UNCLEAN rooms, dirty sheets and pillow cases, Loud and rowdy people around until two am and people checking door knobs at night, I slept with a 9 iron!! Did not get much if any sleep. We checked out after the first night and now trying to get a refund. We moved over to the La Quinta in Dothan, great place wonderful staff, clean comfortable rooms and SAFE!!!

One night says it all. Over all cleanliness fair. Up close the furniture didn’t seem to have been dusted. The refrigerator appeared to be stained. Rust looking. The bed placed to high to get in with ease. There was a phone cord but no phone in room. Unable to communicate with hotel staff.

I’m giving 2 stars because of the room alone. The staff were lovely. Starr was super nice and professional, the lady at breakfast was also very sweet. She made you feel like you are in her personal dining room. But… you get what you pay for. Room was run down. There was something that resembled a balloon in my bed sheets, I hope it was a balloon. Wad of hair behind the bathroom door. Room was very noisy.

Mediocre!!

I complained at front desk about a couple things with no attention given to them other than being told the Inn was under renovation so some things may have not been updated or in the process thereof, Our room had brand new flooring which was nice. My complaints were: coffee condiments & cups were provided in the room but no coffee maker and the toilet seat was very loose & wobbly. Also, of which I didn't complain about was there were absolutely no towel bars in or out of the bathroom, the soap was very old, both bars were crumbling inside the package before even having opened them. On a positive note, the breakfast was fairly decent with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy & waffles, The only complaint there was the sausage was over cooked & dry. The lady overseeing the breakfast was extremely friendly & attentive to the guests.

Check-in was easy & quick. The price was affordable. The mattress on the bed was brown, the sheets were stained, there was crayon scribbled on the wall, the door & baseboards in the bathroom were black with dirt, the toilet was stained. And then the cockroaches started running. We thought we might use the pool but the water was so murky, you couldn’t see the bottom. Breakfast, however, was delicious & the attendant was very pleasant. Sorry to have to give such a bad review.

The heating unit in the room did not work. The room was very cold and when the maintenance person finally arrived, he told me and the front desk clerk that the unit was broken and could not be repaired. I left the room and requested a refund for the room charge.
