"J’avais réservé deux nuits, j’ai demandé à hôtels.com une modification du séjour pour supprimer une nuit, un conseiller m’a dit qu’il allait essayer de faire le nécessaire au près de pierre et vacances. 48 h plus tard refus, en m’expliquant que c’est le logement qui a refusé. "Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go.
