Very spacious and clean
This is the 2nd time we rented this condo for a girls weekend. The condo is spacious and was very clean. Very close to Saugatuck and not too far from Holland. We will be renting again.

Great location in Douglas
Downtown Douglas is only a couple of blocks from the house. If you’re walkers (which we are), its a straight 1.5 miles to Douglas Beach was is a beautiful beach. House was a good size for the 6 in our family - plenty of space for us all Only note - Beds are really firm (or hard)

Tulip Festival Stay

We found this condo to be very comfortable for our group of five. After our days of exploring nearby Saugatuck & Fennville, it was nice to come back “home” and sit on the comfy couches by the fireplace. The location turned out to be very perfect for our getaway.

Clean and spacious blocks from downtown Douglas
Smooth check-in process, spotless and clean, with a new packaged kitchen sponge, soaps, shampoos/conditioners. Well-appointed kitchen with great appliances, and a full bath for every bedroom. First-floor bedroom perfect for our oldest family member. A steeper set of stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. A short walk to downtown Douglas and a quick drive to Saugatuck and Oval Beach. Nice outdoor space for grilling and/or dining. Beds were overly firm, but clean and ample bedding. Fun game collection! Convenient first-floor laundry. Would stay again!

Beautiful 3 bedroom
Really lovely 3 bedroom 3 bath condo and lots of spreading room for the entire family. Walking distance to Douglas restaurants and shops. Enjoyed sitting outside on the patio talking with the family. We even enjoyed a couple of the games that were provided in the unit. Great stay!!!

Our stay was 99.9% perfect! Maybe a crock pot but that was it! Very clean, perfectly located!

Property was great, spacious, clean and stocked with anything we needed. Right around the corner from downtown. Our only disappointment was that wireless never worked during our 2 day stay. We are also used to having streaming channels such as Netflix. Neither were huge issues for only a 2 day stay.

Stayed here in July 2020 with wife and three kids (high school and grade school aged). We had a wonderful stay at Beacon Court D. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood but only 2 blocks from downtown Douglas. Also only a 3-minute drive / 20 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck. Easy 10-minute drive to Oval Beach. The pix are accurate; in fact, the place felt larger than appeared. Very clean with modern amenities. Everything we needed was provided (except food, obviously). 3 full baths was a major plus. Managing the booking was as easy as can be. All dealings with the property manager, from initial rental to Check In/Out were virtual, contactless and seamless. I highly recommend this listing, and we’d gladly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that the air conditioning did not cool off the upper level and there was no screen on the master bed room sliding door to help with ventilation. Everything else was nice. Thank you
