"We have stayed at 3 hotels in Juneau and this was by far the best! The staff on reception were friendly and welcoming, gave great recommendations for local estaurants and hikes. They have a small kitchen with complementary snacks and some basic breakfast items, along with board games and sofas. We didn't use the hot tubs but they got rave reviews from other guests and we had robes in our rooms and umbrella hats for the Juneau rain- every detail had been thought through!"

"The staff was really great. I arrived early and they secured my bag while I went to get food. Then they called to let me know a room was ready early for no charge. The greatest thing was that the maintenance guy built me a little box for some plants that I needed to bring on a flight to a nearby town! Above and beyond all around."

"OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL. GREAT LOCATION. QUIET, YET ABOUT A MILE TO TRAM STATION. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL OUTFITTED. MADE IT EASY FOR US TO COOK BREAKFASTS AS WELL AS DINNERS IF WE CHOSE. CLOSE TO HUMPBACK STATUE AND NOT FAR TO GROCERY STORE. MADE IT A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY."
