"What a wonderful time we had hanging out at this property for an extended weekend. Peaceful and secluded, this home backs up to the shoreline and has incredible views from the back deck. Inside is warm and cozy with plenty of room and a nice, big fireplace. Kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms have everything you need. The homeowners, who live close by, were engaging and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We caught fish off of the boat ramp, encountered deer, turkeys, lizards, squirrels and a plethora of birds and watched several barges floating down the river. Round it all out with a fire pit and a peddle boat and we had one relaxing weekend. Husband Greg is already talking about going back and we just got home!"

However, when I entered the room, the bathroom was not clean—there were used towels hanging, so I had to check each time whether the towels were actually clean before using them. The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy. "4pm check in Arrived @5. Had to ring bell for service. Waited 10 minutes for rm key to be made.staff was nice.room dated, but was clean. Definitely older motel. Felt safe. No issues. Would stay again."

"No person at front desk. All done by video call. Room-- bathroom door will not close. Toilet paper holder loose in wall. No shelf in shower for soap or wash cloth. Problems with key cards."

"The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was if you are not a Dog lover do not stay at this hotel. Dog barking a lot especially at 5:30 in morning was our alarm."
