"We had an amazing host. She was very communicative and quick to respond and helped us out in a time of need and was willing to negotiate. We do wish that the property was a little bit cleaner than what was advertised, but was overall a great experience. I would definitely rent from this host again."

"Wonderful place to stay In The Pines. Clean, basic kitchen supplies (Keurig) & outdoor space. Very safe, gated community. Highly recommend staying in one of the little homes!"

"My wife and I needed a place to stay while dropping our son off at NALTC, and the location was perfect. It is quite relaxing with just a primary home near by, and this guest home is on a horse farm property. We didn’t use the fire pit this trip, though we both agreed we want to come out for a longer stay and have a nice evening around the fire. I would recommend this place, it was beautiful, everything was modern, and it’s in a very romantic and peaceful setting."

"Very nice house and stay."

"Everything was just as it is in pictures. "

"This adorable tiny house was fantastic. So much better than a hotel. Inside was immaculate and the outside was beautiful. Will definitely stay their again if we are ever back in Big Sandy."

"A comfortable place to meet up with our son and granddaughter. Easy access to shops and restaurants."

"Great stay, great place, just what the family needed for a couple of days. Host was more than welcoming, providing farm fresh eggs and bacon. That’s southern hospitality at its best!"
