"Hotel requires you to pay to park per day. When asked to refund parking due to not parking on their property, they stated they would credit it and never did. Staff also did not handle disruptive guests throughout the duration of our stay. "

"Stayed in the room with a kitchen, which had 2 doors to enter; however one was obstructed. The "kitchen" didn't have working hot water at all. When I notified staff at the desk 2 times, they acted shocked. Based on other reviews this has been reported previously. Wasn't able to check in until after official check in time. Primary room has a keurig and mini-refrigerator, which turned off with the main light switch so there went our leftovers. The room was barely swept; hair that didn't belong to anyone in our party in the bathroom and rug in the kitchen. Food was also left/ not cleaned out of the cabinets. We were there during off-season so perhaps that don't have regular staff, but no hot water made the kitchen feature useless."
