Beautiful, Relaxing, Wonderful place to stay.

We stayed for just 2 nights but we really enjoyed our time! Loved the trails and scenery! Hot tub was great. We had beautiful 60 degree weather and the hot tub really helped us enjoy our stay. House was stocked! Bed was very comfortable!

This was the perfect retreat for our boys’ weekend. The property is enormous but walkable and immaculately maintained with a wide variety of things to do and see while remaining secluded in what felt like our own personal state park. The cottage was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed every one of the homemade cookies the hosts left for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and each of us plans to return with other friends and family members.

Get-away Bliss

We loved our stay. We wanted to get away from everything and this place absolutely did that. Loved relaxing in the hot tub each night. It was cute and the paths were great. We also enjoyed meeting the friendly dogs at the farm. Would definitely go back!

Peaceful and private with great amenities

The cottage is adorable and the property is awesome. My teenage boys spend hours each day fishing at the pond. We loved using the fire pit at the pond and spending time on The kayaks. The trails were great. The setting is peaceful and private. The hosts were kind, very communicative and accommodating. Everything was clean and well taken care of, except the outdoor furniture could use some refreshing.

Great Mini Spring Location!

I took my son and his friend to meet my family from Wisconsin as this house was about half way for both of us. The pictures and listing don't do the house justice! We absolutely loved our time, we just wished it was warmer to enjoy hiking the property more, hopefully we can meet there again! Thank you to the wonderful hosts! Ten out of ten!

What a hidden gem this cottage is! If you are a nature lover, this is the place for you to stay. The hosts go above and beyond in their pursuit to helping you relax in the great outdoors. There are plenty of beds. The kitchen is supplied with Pampered Chef. Both indoor and outdoor games are available. This cottage is not one to just spend the night, it is a place to enjoy!

This property is so beautiful! The cottage had everything you would need for your stay. Secluded and private but close to Dowagiac and Cassopolis for food and supplies. So many places to relax and watch the birds. Loved it and highly recommend!

Wood Crest Cottage was an excellent choice for my first visit to Michigan. Morning coffee experiencing nature in the beautiful setting and evening soaks in the hot tub were perfect bookends to days of exploring beaches and the wine trail.
