Beautiful lakeview from balcony and even deer and rabbits to enjoy on the front lawn! Communication was easy and owner responded quickly to questions making sure all was going well. "It was decent, definitely not any fancy amenities—though there was an outdoor pool available that we didn’t end up using. we stayed because it was within 30 minutes of bonnaroo—but that ended up getting cancelled and they refused to refund us for the room. Essentially stranded, we finished our stay and found that the facilities were normal and served their purpose. the area of town it is in is definitely a tad sketchy but again, all of the essential stores like Walmart, quick eats and gas stations are nearby. i would honestly stay here again but not for anything other than a festival lol. "

"The cabin was small and cozy. Perfectly clean. Great view off the back porch. Off you want to go out for the day, it takes about 25-45 minutes to get anywhere with activities or restaurants, so you may need to plan accordingly. If you’re interested in a quiet get away, this is the place!! "

"The Haven was the perfect spot for our family reunion. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us and having 4 and a half bathrooms was amazing!The floor plan is interesting, but it worked out great for us. The 2nd master suite is apparently part of an addition to the house. I think the “bunk room” used to be the garage and the 2nd master suite was the attic above it. It’s very nicely done with a sitting area outside the bedroom area with access to a full bathroom from both spaces. It was a perfect spot for grandparents to go to bed earlier and not hear any ruckus from the other end of the house. Access to the room requires going downstairs and then back up another set of stairs, but it’s also accessible by going out on the deck and using the sliding glass door to the bedroom - if you don’t feel like doing stairs. It was a bit confusing at first, but worked out really great. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The view from the deck is incredible and it’s where the whole family spent the majority of our time.
