  • Just 20 minutes from I 40 at the Baxter or Cookeville exits. You will be 1/2 mile from a Corp of Engineer unimproved boat launch/fishing/swimming area on the Mine Lick Creek portion of Center Hill Lake. 10 minutes by boat to Hurricane Marina. Short 7 mile drive to the Cookeville Boat Dock full service marina, complete with restaurant. Day hiking at nearby Burgess Falls State Park and Window Cliff recreation area. Beautiful views and walking trails on-site in the newly created Mine Lick Creek Resort. Plenty of parking and privacy!
