Sweet Pea Cottage is a completely renovated cozy cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This cottage does have an AquaRest 4 person hot tub for our guests to enjoy and hiking at Fall Creek Falls. Completely renovated for that "Farmhouse feel" and loaded with charm and comfort. New kitchen provides all new stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters, farmhouse sink and lots of amenities to prepare all your meals.
Keurig coffee pot, automatic ice maker, dishwasher, crock pot, griddle, waffle iron and cooking/baking pans for all your cooking needs. An electric grill as well as a small charcoal grill are also provided.
All bedrooms, living room and game room have flat screen TV's for our guests enjoyment. Plenty of pillows, sheets and blankets are provided as well as a full size washer/dryer for our guests. The dining room are has ample seating for 4 guests.
Take in a good movie or book in the living room with recliners and comfy couch. All TV's are provided with YoutubeTV. We also have a game room with large screen TV, sectional sofa for stretching out and enjoying a good sports game while the kiddos play board games or air hockey.
Sweet Pea Cottage is located just 2 mile from the North Entrance to Fall Creek Falls State Park. Be in the heart of the park in 10 minutes. This cottage is also located just a short drive to many beautiful waterfalls such as Rock Island State Park, Lost Creek Falls, Burgess Falls and many others.
Lots to do and see in our area, so come play with us and stay with us at Sweet Pea Cottage!

Sweet little home!

Perfect for a couple or little family to stay. Couldn’t fit pack-n-plays in the bedrooms so not the best for littles but the hot tub was so relaxing. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

One of my favorite spots to stay!!

We had a short stay but it was so worth it!! Staying here made it so easy and fun to go explore the area. Tina was super easy to communicate with and had everything ready for the perfect stay. We plan to come back soon!!

Exactly as listed. Wonderful location to visit Fall Creek Falls State Park. Everything was clean and comfortable. Well stocked for comfort with cooking options and towels. Very comfortable beds and the hot tub was awesome.

Summer vacation

Better than I could have imagined!!!

The place was super clean and updated! Tina made sure we had everything we needed and communicated very well with us! I’ll definitely stay here again if I visit this area!! Also it was soooooo close to all the hiking we wanted to partake in.

Great place for R&R

It was just me as I needed some R&R. The place was perfect for what I needed. Very clean, full kitchen and a comfortable recliner. It was great weather so I was able to go and hike around Fall Creek Falls State Park and it was beautiful. A wonderful few days and I will stay here again.

Mountains and Waterfalls

We had planned an outing with brother/sister in law - last minute changes we went alone. We managed to see 10 Amazing waterfalls and totally relax in the hot tub nightly. The cottage was perfect. We will stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was just the right size and had great amenities. The hot tub was a great addition and we really enjoyed using it! It was very close to the fall creek falls park and not too far from town. The temperature of the cottage was nice and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable as well. The bathrooms were a little small for comfort but the water pressure was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Cozy and fresh

This house is super cute. The rooms are small, yet there is plenty of space for living. The kitchen is well equipped, better than most. The beds were very comfortable, we slept well. The bathrooms are very nice, but heads up for the plus sized person like me, the toilets are squeezed into tight spaces so you be too. We would definitely stay again on a future visit to Fall Creek Falls.

Great Host, Splendid Views, and Great Use of Space

For a small property they have really used the space in the home well. Everything is new, clean, and well cared for. The beds sleep great. Tina was super helpful during our stay. It is out in the country with great views but it’s easy to get to some of the small towns around to do some site seeing. We didn’t visit the park but the house is just around the corner from it. This would be a great house to stay while you visit it.

Nice cottage

Clean space. Owner is always quickly to respond to messages. Great location, 1.5 miles from one of FCF entrances. Wished I could have enjoyed the hot tub, which was ready and waiting for us but, the bad weather didn't allow us; I'm sure it's wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful surprise

The cottage is cute and just the right size for a girls weekend away. You overlook a horse pasture behind the cottage. We were surprised by a new hot tub that was installed and if it wasnt for the freezing nights we would have been in it more.

Absolutely perfect

Pictures don't do justice! This house has everything and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all you need to make meals (very few restaurants in the area). The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. Everything in the house was modern and pristinely clean. I forgot to make note of the entry code and had no wifi (the house has good wifi) and Tina was very prompt to help. The house is very close to fall creek falls. The house had several outdoor seating areas with pastoral views. The neighborhood was nice.... we enjoyed gorgeous sunset views on an evening stroll. I've stayed several places in this area, and this cottage was the nicest by far. I definitely hope to visit again. Thank you, Tina!
