"I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. "Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful. "

"The rooms at the Howfield were exactly as described in the photos. very comfortable bed, good hot shower with good flow and very clean. the housekeeping staff were polite, cheerful and helpful.
