"I celebrated my birthday and the staff left me a lovely treat in my room when I arrived. Check in was very easy, the room was clean and with lots of views. The hotel is located across from the titanic museum and was easy to get to via bus and taxi. The breakfast is delicious, and hot, I wanted a bagel to go and the staff provided me with a container so I wouldn’t have to shove it in my pocket. The bar/restaurant staff were also very helpful, the food selection is great and good options for drinks. The area is quiet at night, and safe. I enjoyed my experience and would book this location again."
