"Perfect place, walkable, front desk friendly and helpful."

"Hotel was very clean and staff friendly. I loved that doors use passcode key and bathroom were stock with essentials from toothbrush, shaver ,cotton swab and even a cute sewing kit. We even got slippers. I had a good experience i will definitely book again! "

"We had 4 in a unit on the 14th floor - great size space and was a blessing to have 2 baths. There is construction next door right now, so the mornings can be a little noisy, but it never bothered us too much as we were out the door exploring the city pretty early every day. Roof deck is awesome - We'd go up and have coffee most mornings. Central to so much there, and plenty of subway stops within a few blocks, so pretty easy to get anywhere."

"Montauk Manor is a beautiful property and very well maintained. The views are spectacular. Monty's restaurant had delicious breakfasts and dinners. The pool was very nice. The accommodations were very clean. The outdoor patio was an added bonus. The staff were very pleasant and helpful."

"Property and room was very good, the staff are amazing. Our one complaint would be that our room looked over a building site, and the workmen worked early in the morning using very noisy power tools. I appreciate they have a job to do and I've no issue with that, but I feel, with the amount of mo eh we paid ( we were on the top floor with an appointment for 5 days) perhaps we should of been informed that there was building work outside our room."

"The room was surprisingly big and very clean. I loved having a little kitchenette to cook and save money. Staff was extremely welcoming and willing to help. Even after check out they let me store my bags so it was really stress free. The windows in the room were big and had lots of natural light. I loved my stay i can’t wait to come back again "

"Had a wonderful stay. One bedroom condo was clean and comfortable.At first arrival there was a slight musty smell, but your at the beach so that should be expected. Turned a/c on and it went away. Tiny kitchen but had all necessary items, dishes, pots & pans and utensils Only downside was the staircase to bedroom, & bathroom. A bit steep and narrow. The best part is the Beach Program. Received a text the night before to set up chairs and umbrellas at the beach for you the next day "

"Had issue with check in. Nothing sent to phone as stated because of limited cell service in area. Had to go to office to get room and code. They have wrong room and had to go back for correct room. This was frustrating because it was after the check in time, which is later than most properties. The unit was fine, bare bones with decor etc. shower in one bathroom was leaking. I have stayed on property few times. This time was definitely less impressive."
