"Excellent house for a large group (there were 7 of us), kitchen was well stocked, host was super easy to work with (and accommodating). The only awareness would be there isn't a bathroom on the main floor (kitchen, living, dining), not a big deal unless you had mobility challenges. Off street parking was great, and the neighborhood was nice.. "

"The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!"

"Extremely nice home. Great location. Within walking distance to food, stores and 2/5 train. Never had an issue with street parking. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. Home was well equipped! Excellent hospitality from the host! We will definitely be returning!! "

"As soon as I walked in the smoke alarm was beeping so I had to contact the host and wait for that to be fixed. Then I went to take a hot shower and relax….. no hot water. And I’m talking the water was ice cold. Contacted and they came to look at it. The man went into the bathroom with the shower on and shut the door. "We did not stay due in the property at all because of a gas leak that they notified 4:15pm the day of check in. They would not give us the code to the address until 4:20 after saying everything was fixed. We went into property and in 5 minutes, headache and eye tearing. The host lied to us and informed us that there was no gas leak, only to produce a certificate that day that they sent someone out to check about the gas leak. Host was disrespectful, he kept saying the leak was at another...
