"We were up in the area for niece's graduation from SUNY Binghamton, and wanted to say somewhere we could gather as a family and enjoy the long weekend together. The cottage totally fit the bill! All the bedrooms are upstairs, and all the space downstairs is living/hangout space - a dining room, a kitchen/living room area, and a screened porch. "Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. "It is a beautiful home, fully equipped, great hot tub, and a perfect location for the area especially for Bethel Woods Concert Venue. The host was incredibly helpful in including detailed suggestions of places in neighboring towns. I would stay there again without hesitation."

"This is a beautiful cabin. Great indoor and outdoor space. Plenty of room. Scenery and sound of waterfall was very relaxing. Cabin is not far from town. We had a great time staying here. "

Roxbury at Stratton Falls vs. The Roxbury Motel

"Our stay at the Roxbury Motel was great. Our room was clean, and the decor unique. The whole place had great character and the front desk people were friendly. My only concern was that when I booked our room, it didn't say it was at the motel, which is a separate, but nearby, location from the Roxbury at Stratton Falls. Our friend were staying there and we didn't realize until we arrived that our place was down the road a couple of miles. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kenoza Lake View Manor. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and the king size bed- super comfy! The area around the manor is beautiful- be prepared that it is in a very hilly, mountainous area. We were in town for a concert at nearby Bethel Woods and although the weather wasn't great, we had a great time. Be aware ride-share options aren't really a thing in the area, but the hotel actually offered a round-trip shuttle, which we didn't use but thought it was awesome they offered it. The complimentary breakfast was also great. Would absolutely stay here again, and plan on it. "
