Excellent Motel -- Not expensive

The motel is fine, the room, the bed, the heating system, the bathroom, has a mini refrigerator, I had no problems. I styed there one night 2/10/2025 - 2/11/2025. Approximately 13 miles from Belleayre. All I needed was a place to sleep for the night and this worked out perfectly. I would stay here again

Much older hotel, not enough towels or amenities, but did the job. Close to Belleayre, so that was a plus. Sufficient enough. Would book again.

Was a great cost with proximity to gas station/food mart and Bellayre Mountain. Easy to get to. Downside was garbage was left under beds, con webs, mouse running around all night in ceiling.

This is small local motel. It was clean and comfortable. There a liquor store across the state road and restaurant about 100yards down the road. It’s a no frills, convenient motel in the Catskills. Served its purpose well and I was on the slopes at Belleayre within 8min from the time I left.

This room would have been fine for a night, but we had booked it for four, and we just found it inadequate for that long a stay. The damaged furniture and lack of places to put things (no closet, no counter next to the sink) just made the whole thing clumsy. As this was a work trip for us, we needed outlets near the desk and for both of us to use the wifi at the same time, but the outlets were across the room, and if one of us signed into the wifi, it bumped the other one off the service. It was just the wrong hotel for us. The proprietor refunded our payment for the subsequent three nights, which we appreciated very much.

The bed and sheets were clean. The bathroom was also clean. The property was rustic. Tow lights did not work. The blinds were broken. I had to hang a towel over the window for privacy.

There was no personnel at all. Only one or two rooms has people staying there. Felt very strange. The room was fine, no thrills. For what we got it should have cost half.

We didn't actually stay because we went elsewhere. I could deal with the decrepit state of the room, furniture, carpet, bathroom, etc. even the smell. just can't stay in a room with a filthy toilet. There I draw the line. Plus the whole atmosphere was creepy. Save yourself the time and money.

This place has no staff available, The rooms are disgusting, the mold in the bathroom was everywhere. The floor around the tub was peeling up and the rotten wood underneath was showing. We tried to sit out on the front porch in the evening, but there are literally THOUSANDS of spiders that have taken up residence and drop on you. This place should be burned to the ground and started over.

Good enough for a night before ski day..

Be aware that there is not anyone on the premise to check you in. If you do not receive the check-in instructions via email (happened to me) you must call the number on the office door and you will be provided a key code. From there all was good. Becky was very helpful and friendly getting me into the room. Room was Very clean but the entire place is in desperate need of an entire upgrade.

narrow parking lot, all the furniture should be removed , looks like someone hit a bench and smashed it, The Paint job was strange they painted half the A/C unit and even some of the chain lock, The End table was so rough you could get a splinter, heater was good everything else OK

We had a leak with the toilet when I first got there it took me 45 minutes too get a code cause I was never sent one and I have stayed with them before and never had issues like this the door screw came out and yes the next day they came when my dad had seen someone the bed had stains on it and felt like u was on a boat

I was on a motorcycle trip ... I got there mid morning ... hours ahead of check in time. I was saturated from traveling on motorcycle through mountain areas in a very heavy storm. The manager moved me to a different room to let me go in early and get out of the rain, which was very much appreciated.

Never again.

Looks like nothing has been replaced in 50 years. Numerous tile in bathroom missing, tub had some strange discoloration we refused to use it. The soap given was so small barely able to wash with it. Furniture all marked up looked like something others threw out. Never again. Continental breakfast looked like it was old food- refused to touch it.

The room was dirty and had an odd smell. Everything was worn and falling apart. This would be fine if the cost was not so high. Not worth the price paid.
