"This hotel is Wonderful! Carol (assistant manager, I think) at the front desk is beyond good, she goes the extra mile!! We had late flights out of Anchorage, so she stored ALL of our luggage in the office, so we didn't have to lug it with us. She smiles all the time and is very helpful with every question. She let us hang out in the lobby for 2 hours when we got back from exploring before our flight also. The girl at the front desk when Carol left at 5 was also very nice and let us use the bathroom! Great place to stay and very nice staff! Only negative, wish your breakfast was just grab and go things. Pictures on the website shows a hot breakfast."

"The hotel is not a top notch hotel but it has the minimum things I want, cleanness, decent decoration and friendly staff. It took me a day to get familiar with the environment and there are lots of good restaurants around. Just be brave going in any restaurant that you seem to be interested and you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely recommend this hotel 👍"
