Checked in one day early for our cruise, on our own. The second night was booked thru Celebrity. The front desk was able to accommodate us by not having to switch rooms. Excellent customer service overall and great location for walking and touring the city. Thank you.

The room was spacious and clean with a nice view. Over the hotel was great. My only complaint was the parking situation. The hotel does not have any kind of parking lot or garage. The parking lot directly across the street front the entrance is a private lot by permit only. So your options are to park in a garage several blocks away and haul all your stuff over to hotel on foot, or pay $36 for valet.
