"super roomy and rustic cabin with an amazing views. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Super comfortable with the heated flooring. Kitchen and dining and living area are great. Overall apartment was very clean, some signs of age, but overall a great experience. Dirt road up to the property is normal for Bariloche. Private and gated parking, there is no elevator. Juan was awesome and very helpful. Would def stay again, specially if you're looking for a roomy comfy space for a group...

"The hotel was in a perfect part of town, it was well managed and well maintained, the gym and pool were wonderful, the breakfast was quite good, and the rooms were kept clean and in good shape. The women at the front desk were exceptional and always ready to help and some of the nicest people we met. Overall a wonderful stay."

"All staff were excellent, including the front desk, the bar, the breakfast crew, and the cleaning. In particular, Sol at the front desk was fantastic. She took care of all our needs and questions, she mOved our heavy bags in and out of storage, and she exuded light and positivity every time we passed through the lobby. Thank you Sol"

"We only stayed 1 night on June 2022, Staff was very helpful, cabin was cute. Green areas were nice. It is not the best location if you do not have a car, but staff can help you get a taxi in order to move around. Very affordable"

"Our room had a lake view which was stunning. Room was comfortable even if a little dated. Unfortunately you can't regulate the heating and it was unbearable the first night, added to the heat was the noise of traffic outside, we were told we could turn it off completely, but there was no handle to do so, when the maintenance person arrived he was surprised to see there wasn't a handle nor on the bathroom heater either, but that one was turnedd off. He had to come twice, didn't have a replacement...
