"This hotel was a very big disappointment. For the money we paid we should have had a better experience than what we received. Here is what we got: •Parking was located across the street for $45/day. No notice was given • A/C was not working. Staff lied and said it had been out for over a week and they were waiting for parts. The inside of the ac unit was filthy full of debris indicating that it had been out for much longer • No soap in the shower and sink dispensers. When notified staff called but it never came. • A $40 room cleaning fee if your stay was less than 7 days. • Requested a handicapped room and was assured to receive it upon arrival. We did not This hotel was rated 8.0 but should not be higher than a 3.0. Also, their amenities and policies should be clearly stated upfront. The broken ac was a terrible inconvenience as the window had been left partially ajar to allow air circulation. We were given fans to compensate but the noise factors from the street and the fans were almost unbearable. We will never stay at this overpriced, overrated hotel again."
