Tours arranged with Mr. Samir Fayek from hotel were great. Jotel has fewat driver and ac van for tour use, and Mohammed was a great guide! He spoke uent English, plus several ither languages. We were easily able to see all the sights."

"I really enjoyed staying at the Hilton and I thought it was comparable to a stay at an American Hilton. I saw previous reviews that said it was difficult to cross the street, but that is a reality of Egypt (its simply a different way of crossing the road). I felt safe, the entrance has a metal detector and security. The hotel staff were polite and my room was cleaned everyday. "

"The pics shown on the site look nothing like the actual room.I had to wait 2 hrs to check in as there was no electricity.When I finally did check in there were electrical wires running to my room.The room which was supposed to be a king size room and bed was a double bed in a room 6'x8'.There were ants crawling on the bed and the sheets were stained.I went to the front desk to complain and they sent up a 12 year old underage worker to change the linen.The elevator walls were open to the outside...
