Amazing hotel;especially for the price. Upon pulling up to The Godfrey we were met by the parking valet and doorman who helped us with our luggage. They were friendly and helpful with the Porter explaining if we needed any help with advice, etc he was available. The Valet advised us of the parking procedure and the cost (we knew it was an expensive $60/day but were not going traipse around the city looking for parking). The Monty was a great stay for our latest trip to Boston for 3 couples! It is a perfect location across from Boston Commons with easy access to the Subway and walkable all around the city. The app used to access building was great and made us feel safe and secure. The unit was spacious and the beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay at the Monty again!

If service is what you are seeking, the Parker House is your kind of place! Staff truly go out of their way to make their guests comfortable AND happy! Example: we ordered room service and apparently didn't hear their knock, so our food went back to the kitchen. When we called looking for it, they made sure it was heated up nicely before they brought it back. THEN, they sent up some Boston cream pie and a bottle of champagne to make amends for the confusion. The staff is great. Always clean at the hotel. I just wish you’d bring back the morning complimentary coffee. The valet guys are amazing

We had an amazing stay!! We experienced very friendly and accommodating interactions with all staff and the room and hotel overall were tremendously clean and comfortable.

My boyfriend and I stayed for Valentine’s Day and upon arriving we were greeted with kindness and 2 glasses of champagne! Check in was perfect. The room was perfect. Definitely one of my favorite hotels for sure. We also ate at my favorite restaurant right 10 steps across the street! We could literally see the entrance right from our room window. It was a beautiful experience here.

We found so much charm in this building built in 1901. Great that they saved the old brick and humongous wooden beams. The laminate floors in the room feel brand new. Loved the kitchen and two TV's. Nice service offered where you can leave a shopping list and they'll stock your fridge. We thought 72 degrees was rather cool but were able to adjust easily. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The little extras like the waters and snacks in the hallway were such a nice touch. It feels like this place cares about you actually coming back.

One thing I didn’t like is that there are no microwaves in the room. I’m sure this is to drive sales for room service and the on-site restaurant, but with so many restaurants nearby, it’s hard not to bring back leftovers.
