"Great location, clean room, staff was accommodating, comfortable bar while waiting on family.. no complaints. Housekeeping did forget to leave fresh towels. This was easily resolved with a phone call & they arrived in a timely manner. "

"This was our second stay. In all honestly, there were some major disappointments about our first, including being overcharged, which led to a frustrating dispute where they refused to acknowledge the error; Expedia eventually refunded us. I only booked this second stay because the property is extremely convenient to where we needed to be. I kept an eagle eye out this time, and all of those disappointments were reversed. Comfortable stay, great service, accurate billing. We’ll be back. "

"Gorgeous, cozy lobby! Location is very centralized with easy walking access to many must sees, including the North End, Beacon Hill, and Seaport to name a few. I also forgot my charger and rather than have to waste money on a new one, the fabulous front desk employee loaned me one to use during my stay. Loved our stay here and can’t wait to be back! "
