"Paid for an upgraded room and it was anything except upgraded. It was dirty, loud, and somehow only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for 2 adults. The balcony door didn't seal so the room was loud and drafty. The awning on the balcony made loud banging noises and I called twice to have it retracted and nobody ever came. And the phone didn't work to call the front desk so I know that it took 9 minutes on the phone to get a response from the front desk."

"The location was good, we found walkable places to eat at, check out Billy’s and get the pastrami sandwich. Room was clean and they were able to accommodate an early check in since we flew in on a red eye. "
