Top Blackstone Block Historic District Hotel Reviews

Seaport Hotel Boston

Seaport Hotel Boston

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was one of the nicest I have ever stayed. The entire experience was first in class. We were met at the entrance with smiles from the staff assisting guests upon arrival. When you walked into the lobby/check-in, it has a feeling of warm and welcoming. It is a quaint area that did not feel overcrowded, loud or overwhelming. When checking in, we were greeted with a kind welcome from the desk agent. She acknowledged it was my birthday and wished us a lovely stay. When we opened the door to our room, it was bright, immaculately clean, and inviting space and had floor to ceiling windows overlooking the harbor - breathtaking. A few hours after we checked in, a lovely fella delivered a dessert tray to honor my celebration and we were just so touched by the kind gesture. It is quiet, clean, warm, friendly and location is perfect in the Seaport district. We have booked this hotel again in October and cannot say enough about our overall experience - one of the best and we are very seasoned travelers....great hotel"

"Check-in and staff were great but our room was directly across from the elevator and quite loud... Also be ready for a wait at the single coffee machine in the morning if you come down at a typical time for breakfast. Location was super and the staff held our bags nicely on our last day so we could continue our Boston exploration"
