"As a solo young female, this place felt extremely safe. Facilities were very clean. Only thing I would recommend is bringing your own hair shampoo and conditioner as there was only universal liquid soap in the bathroom. Everything else was awesome!"
"Enjoyed our stay here, centrally located to most attractions, easy to walk to most places, dining, shopping nearby. Friendly and warm reception each day from staff members. Room was adequate, clean and stocked. Check in and check out was amazingly seamless. We did enjoy the filtered water bottle station in the common area of the floor, hotel provided reusable bottles and tops or you could use your own. Great stay, would recommend. "

"I love CitizenM and the one in Boston didn't disappoint. The check in staff (it is self check-in, but they always come over to help) and the staff in the "canteen" were wonderfully friendly to a tired traveler."
