Not only was the service impeccable, but we also shared laughter, engaging conversation, and unforgettable moments over delicious food and cake. Your warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. Pawan and Nazrul at the pool bar were also exceptional – offering attentive, friendly service while we relaxed poolside. You both helped create the perfect chill-out atmosphere. We had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Brasserie, Miss Tess, and Treehouse, sampling the taster menus at both Bombay Brasserie and Miss Tess. Every flavour was thoughtfully crafted, and the dishes complemented each other beautifully. Special thanks to Dechen at Miss Tess for her impeccable attention to detail – you were fantastic. A lovely surprise awaited me on my birthday – cake and balloons, a thoughtful gesture that touched me deeply. It’s this level of care and attention that sets the Taj apart. Now, I do want to mention one unfortunate aspect – not with the hotel, but with some self-entitled guests we encountered during our stay. "We booked our stay for 4 nights at Double tree..it was a pleasant & memorable stay. The hotel was an excellent choice..the location n facilities all added to our wonderful stay.Hotel staff was very warm n cordial..our receptionist Shreya was very helping and always came out with a solution for our queries 😊 The location of the hotel was quite central n we could get Indian food at walking distance . Would highly recommend the place n I would definitely come back for another holiday at Double Tree 😊👍👍"
