"This was a charming lodge! On the quieter part of downtown Gatlinburg, we appreciated getting out of the hustle and bustle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the experience of seeing a bear meander through the stream behind the lodge (happily viewing from the 3rd floor) from our little balcony. Check-in and check-out simple and straightforward, it was the perfect ending to our trip through the mountains."

"Friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable rooms with an amazing creek rapids view from the private balcony. (No bear sightings but the Canadian geese were fun to watch.) Breakfast provided variety of fresh made pancakes, bagels, toast, yogurts, fruits, cereal, and breakfast sandwiches you could heat. The pool was by the street, but since hotel is tucked away it’s still pretty private for a cold refreshing dip on a hot summer day. I highly recommend this lodge and whenever I return to...
