"In comparison to the size of the room, the bathrooms are tiny. Also the bath tub with the jacuzzi is such a poor function as the water flows all around the bathtub to the ground. It almost looks as though a tub has been put onto a shower area! It also lacks a selection of vegetarian food. The staff (Brian) went out of their way to provide vegetarian breakfast / afternoon tea choices. "

"As a local, I highly recommend this hotel because of the location. 5-minute walk from Nguyen Hue Street, 5-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market, and right across the street from a big mall in the heart of HCMC. The room I booked was a normal room, but the AC was not working, so Nhut upgraded me and my partner to an executive suite (or whichever room is huge and a lot nicer)."

"Hotel was generally positive. Service wasn't as enthusiastic as I was used to in other hotels in Vietnam. Staff seem confused that I wasn't in a suit or business casual, but had the indecency to check in wearing a tshirt and khakis, regardless of being on the other side of planet from my passport issuer.
