"The bed alone is worth a 5-star rating - so comfy!!! I slept like a baby. The room was clean. I loved the wristband door keys. The hotel staff was super friendly, the bars/restaurants were great to have, the complimentary shuttle service was wonderful, and the pools were awesome. "We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t have been better – plenty of walking options nearby and the free KC ride made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The hotel lobby is a must-visit on its own – stylish and lively, with excellent cocktails and great food The staff were absolutely lovely – always helpful when needed and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was fantastic: spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of space to unpack and settle in. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations and made our trip even more memorable.
