"The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Explore worthy 100%. Valet was easy, but you have to wait on an active street for your turn. Staff was polite, very pleasant, gave recommendations and hotel information, and signed us up for the rewards program. The room had plenty of walk room. The beds were A+mazing! The lotion and body wash they had were so good, I had to look them up so I could buy them for myself. The shower was huge and had great water pressure. There’s an area on the 5th floor that’s a must see - original stained glass almost from ceiling to floor, beautiful. The lobby has statue art that makes the history of the hotel pop. The craftmenship and detail of the wood and marble, flooring, and furniture left me speechless. Overall exceptional experience!"
