"Walking in I was surprised it was not slicker and could use a more recent renovation, (it was originally the Panama Embassy, years ago.) But we grew to be very fond of this hotel and will continue to go back. It has enormous rooms with enormous windows. It is now surrounded by skyscrapers but is a smaller mansion. The staff is wonderful as is the rear glass enclosed terrace. I loved the antique furniture pieces and the small size: 8 roooms. Mainly though it is a wonderful central...

"We needed a room just for 1 day since we planned to leave for Uyuni the night we landed. This hotel allows early check in. The staff was friendly. But you only get free breakfast the day you check-out not the day we checked in. We requested for breakfast but they denied it. The room was okay, the bedsheets were old and not very clean. The location was close to downtown so taxis were easily available. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 1 night."
