"This hotel was excellent you couldn’t ask for nicer staff, everyone I encountered was very helpful and friendly towards me… there was an issue with my check in the first night there was a slight mix up, and it was corrected by the front desk and my booking agent, I was very happy to be upgraded to the king sized suite… I made use of the upstairs roof top bar 2 nights where I got another fab service, my room was very big and very comfortable and I had a nice view of the River…this hotel was in the heart of downtown Memphis so it was easy to get around I made use of the trolley that will take you up and down Main street to some of the attractions, I really enjoyed my trip "

"The room was the perfect size and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and is very walkable to Beale Street and other attractions. My only complaint would be for the price of the hotel, the room should have a mini fridge and not just a mini fridge with overpriced drink options."
