Staff were friendly and location was great. However, guest should be aware that you actually enter the hotel on the next street over. Entering the address listed the GPS takes you to the back side and you have to figure out how to get to the front of the hotel.

Hotel was good overall, there was something wrong with the volume on the TV - so our stations were limited Also the hotel only offers valet parking for 35 dollars a day - which is a bit pricey for no other available alternatives

The room was clean and well maintained. The beds were so comfortable I wanted to bring it home with me. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is very old. Elevator Bottoms on the North-wing do not work when going down. Housekeeping never cleaned my rooms, I had to request my own towels, put my own trash outside my door and call the front desk/parking multiple times to get someone to answer. No microwave in the room and no smart tv. The ladies restroom in the lobby was awesome, stoles out of order and it was not clean. The staff was kind. 3 out of 10.

I basically enjoyed my visit and stay at the Riverline Hotel. It was an easy and efficient check-in. The staff was helpful in getting my luggage in and with the wifi. I liked the valet parking, as well. I liked the fast moving elevators. There was never a long wait for one and they delivered you to your floor quick. I didn't like that there was human hair and urine stains under the toilet seat and the fact that they provide no smoking rooms in Tennessee. Other than that, my stay was pleasant enough.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have never had an issue, which makes this experience especially disappointing. The hotel is in serious need of renovation, and the elevators also appear to need significant repair and maintenance. I stayed in the room for three days, and after returning home, I discovered numerous bug bites all over my body. I did not have any bites prior to my stay, and during my visit I was never outside in an environment where mosquitoes would likely have been an issue. I have alerted the hotel staff about my experience and the room I stayed in. I sincerely hope they investigate the situation and take whatever steps are necessary to address it so that another guest does not have the same experience. As someone who has stayed here many times without a problem, I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Staff were courteous but I had to wait several minutes to locate someone to provide me coffee at bar. Plenty of towels in room and bed was made and room freshened each day. Parking is limited and expensive. Hotel needs thorough cleaning inside and out, and new mattresses. Windows were dirty obstructing view of river, and carpet in room was dirty.

The staff was incredible. The view was perfect. Room was a little dusty and the pillows were absolutely awful. We had to request extra, which the staff promptly provided. Even with 3 pillows we barely had any cushion. All that aside it was a great stay.

Such an awesome place to stay. Pool was amazing with a bar right there. The Poeta Restaurant is a don’t miss for sure. Room was very quaint but pocket doors could use some lubricant. Parking on site was very convenient
