The room was perfect! There is a bit of a ventilation problem; while there is air conditioning in the room, it doesn’t have any air flow! It can get a little hot.

The young lady that check me in was very nice and had a good attitude along with the young man that was behind the desk with her. They made me feel very welcome and checked me in early i didnt have to wait. Great customer service.
Besides being able to view the Lorraine Hotel, Beale St and Elvis' home,.memphis did not impress me
Nice hotel. Great location but near the express way and you can hear the traffic. Not super loud but you can hear the traffic. Like the big trucks.
Was just an overnight stop into Gatlinburg for us and we wanted to see Graceland
