"It’s a great hotel with wonderful staff, but there is very little within walking distance. Had hoped to do some shopping but after driving to find someplace to shop, everything was closed. If you are a hotel snob who lives on room service and the exercise room, it’s just great. For me, however, give me a place with vending machines and a simple microwave located near a bustling shopping mall, not an artwork in the middle of nothing and nowhere. "Very nice from check-in to check-out. Easy curb-side valet parking - very pleasant and helpful attendant. The room was very nice - comfortable bed and loved the sizeable shower. We checked in a few minutes early, but it was not a problem at all - they had a room ready for us and even asked us if we were ok w/the 20th floor, or would we prefer a higher level, which we took advantage of, for a great view of the city from our corner room. We enjoyed our stay and plan to make it an annual event."
