"Wonderful stay for 4 nights! The property is located east of Downtown Phoenix, and there's not much immediately surrounding the hotel. However, it is close to the action! The property is a bit on the older side but still very clean and well kept. My room had clean linens, and the shower was clean (not grimy or rusting). They have a window AC in each room, so if you're sensitive to sound, it could be distracting while sleeping, but otherwise it's white noise. There's daily free hot breakfast, and 24/7 hot tea, water, and coffee, which is a great touch. The fitness room is limited (2 treadmills, one elliptical, and free weights all-in-one strength machine), but does the job when you are not wanting to run outdoors in 95 degrees. The pool seemed nice, but I did not utilize this amenity. The service was excellent. From the front desk, to shuttle driver, to the breakfast staff, everyone was very pleasant to interact with. The shuttle service is a huge bonus. They provide free rides within a 2 mile radius within the hotel, and also hourly transport to the airport. Overall, a great stay for the value! Thank you!"

"We arrived to a very friendly welcome. Our changed reservation was quickly sorted out. Our room was very nice and we appreciated the two small complimentsry bottles of water. The shower was great. "

"We chose the downtown Kimpton location, because I wanted to avoid large resort fees. The staff couldn't have been any kinder! My only note is that the rooms (we rented 2 rooms), seemed to show some wear & tear on the furniture. The bench had a large stain on it & the furniture had nicks on it. Other than that, the rooms were clean."
