Our first room had a bed that was like a marshmallow . It would sink wherever u sat or laid. The 2nd room was so much better. We were by the elevator which people used as a meeting place. Lots of talking and waking during the night. The best service was the shuttle that left on time at 6 am and was a speedy trip to the airport.

Front Desk staff were kind and helpful. Ms.Coco is the best help with checking in and help with laying out what was available for food and shopping. Plenty of parking, 24 hrs gym, pool was clean and drying towels were available. If back in the PHX area, this is where I'll be staying. 10 mins from the airport.
