"While I give this stay a 5 star, it did not start off that way. Upon arrival, which was at 1130p, I was told that our room was given to someone else. It explained to me that the front earlier desk person checked another guest in under my reservation stating that our last names were similar causing the mistake. While this was pretty annoying especially becuase it was so late at night, the gentleman that checked us in did everything that he could make sure we were accommodated for. That he did achieve. This is just part of the reason I am giving this place a 5 star. We were told that night that we would have to switch rooms to our originally booked room since the person that was mistakenly checked into our room was only there for a night. The next day when I went to make the room switch, the nice woman at front desk told me that there would be no need and we could stay in the room that we were currently in since it was there mistake. I found out then that the room we were put in was an upgrade from what I had booked. That was excellent recovery service from my stand point. This hotel also gets a 5 star for its great location right outside from the airport and the ease of access to the highways which makes commit times to destinations much simpler and cuts down drive time. "
