Same for pillows that are not soft, basically below the standard of 4 stars hotel. There was a kind of fan outside that was too loud during the night. The room is bad sound insulated. The customer service was very good and friendly."

No shampoo just didn’t feel like it was ready for people to stay. The apartment was nice, but I wasn’t happy with the situation."
