"Pros: the property is smack bang in the centre of everything in Santiago, every touristic point you want to see is walking distance, the hosts are friendly and happy to do their best to resolve any problem you might have. Cons: it is an old building, it has problems, a bit of mould, I had a problem with a water leak coming from the apartment above, internet is an important point for me, I had about 4 hours outage, speed is ok, not awesome. Overall, still recommend this property."

"When I arrived at the hotel I was feeling disheartened by what I saw…piles of garbage all over. Inside the hotel was clean, and the lady, Hermana (sp) spoke some English, and was so nice. The room was wonderful, and the bed was so comfortable that I was spend my whole holiday in it. The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful. I usually had a bowl of fruit with cream. Some toast and eggs. The area around the hotel looks very rough, but the people are so kind that it’s impossible to feel...

"Very nice hotel in downtown Santiago. Close to tourist attractions. Very walkable area. The roombI had was 312 and it was really nice. A comfortable bed, quiet, refrigerator, safe and a nice walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice for dinner. Inexpensive and really good food. I will stay here again "

"Not Pleased with experience we were assured that it was air cond, the expedia operator assures us that it was air cind. Unable to contact expedia for refund or change of apartment.. TV was not connected we had to ring everyday for access to TV and internet. Air fan was filthy, Iron board was crocked and iron was dangerous wires espoused, no stand for baggage. No shower holding rail for elderly or disable peoples. Toilet seat was loose."

"This isn't really a hotel for tourists especially if you speak no Spanish. It is geared to intermediate term rentals to people in town temporarily, say for work assignment. There are limited hotel services. Sheets and towels are changed every three days. However, it is in a very good location, near a great restaurant district and walking distance to the main plaza of town. The suite is comfortable and includes a small kitchen. You can stock it at the nearby grocery store."
