"Great location. No daily room service unless requested. (Since we checked in late we didn't know this). But they did provide us with extra coffee and towels when requested. We happened to ask re transportation to the cruise port.....there is a ten dollar per person shuttle available, sign up 24 hours in advance at the front desk. Super convenient."

"The staff was lovely and we had an upgrade. There was construction going on around the entry which made unloading challenging but doable. Parking garage is additional fee and about 1.5 blocks away. Rooms are historic, clean, quiet and breakfast was fine. Location is very good and a quick walk to the waterfront and Pike Market. I would stay there again."
