"Loved that this property is right on the inner harbour. It is close to shopping, food, and places to walk along the waterfront. We were on the city side and it was nice and quiet with the windows closed."

"It was great! The toilet stopped working and they immediately try to fix it and when they could not fix it they moved us to another room (which was very close to the one we were in!). Great job and service!"

"The location is superb with shops, restaurants, harbour and public transport stops all within an easy walking distance. The hotel has luggage storage facility; convenient for us as we checked out at noon but our flight was only at midnight. Our room had a really small TV inside the closet; that would be the only thing that was a bit odd; apart from that, we enjoyed our day at this hotel both times and we would gladly go back on our next trip to Victoria."

"Everything was quite wonderful. The evening desk attendant shared advice on how to travel around to get to several locations my husband and I were interested in seeing. He also helped us map out how to do everything we wanted while still making it back to the ferry to get to the airport in time. Simply wonderful service! "
