"everything was great with the hotel. the only negative thing is the parking. there is absolutely no parking for the guests. the only place to park is on the street. this is like a 12 story hotel. hundreds, if not thousands, of guests and you park on unsecured streets around downtown hot springs, ..."

"The freezer in the fridge was unusable due to not being defrosted in a long time. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The room smelled musty upon entering. The breakfast was ok. All in all it was an ok and affordable place to spend one night while on a road trip"
